Member of the founding team that developed and launched FastWorks, GE's new and forward-thinking innovation architecture grounded in Lean Startup and entrepreneurial behaviors / mindset. Worked directly with external entrepreneurs, Eric Ries (The Lean Startup) and David Kidder (The Startup Playbook), to create and roll out the FastWorks operating system and mindset within the company.

Developed new products and strategies with internal and external innovation teams - including, the design and build of a major new business product and model projected to transform a significant portion of the business. Contributed to the development of new technology partnerships and relationships with external startups and technology players. Managed the social media partnership strategy and development for retail card headquarters, including the relationship with Facebook.
