Partner with Epic orders team to efficiently design order sets. Facilitate and gain clinical approval of Epic order set content with physician leaders. Lead system-wide order set (SWOS) implementations and coordinate system-wide clinical teams to successfully implement SWOS. Partner with clinicians to achieve performance improvement objectives through implementation of SWOS. Lead and facilitated the implementation of electronic web based orders for physician order entry online. Lead project meetings and track and manage progress to meet deadlines. Facilitate SWOS approval process when evidence based changes are required and present change requests to the medical management committee, a system-wide physician committee, bi-weekly. Help lead and facilitate the Executive Physician User Group (EPUG) to efficiently gain consensus on physician workflow related to Epic. Conduct workflow mapping to identify process improvements. Gain leadership buy in and approval of workflow changes. Coordinated and managed 16 divisions’ year end donor appeals, working with 64 physicians and multiple internal staff. Provided timely communication to all physicians participating in the appeals. Organized quarterly fundraising appeals for various divisions. Helped develop efforts to cultivate new gifts and upgrade gifts from Clinic/Hospital donors and prospects. Planed, organized and managed 9 yearly cultivation events with an average attendance of 150 guests. Coordinated and organized 3 hospital advisory boards with 4 quarterly meetings per board.
