Works to bring attention to the institutional modernization taking place within the walls of Congress that continues to improve congressional capacity, leading to a more effective and efficient First branch. In this role, Aubrey focuses on spreading best practices, de-risking innovation, and supporting internal change-makers who are thinking outside the box of how they can better serve constituents. This includes responsible adoption of artificial intelligence technologies, re-thinking congressional workflows, and exploring the future of democracy.
