Drawing from an extensive background in yoga and breathwork facilitation, as well as psychedelic-assisted therapy and ceremonial work, I'm committed to fostering liberation through the transformative power of sacred plant medicines and embodied practices. Guided by deeply ingrained lenses of social and environmental justice, feminism, abolitionism, and decolonization, my approach is underpinned by a commitment to positive change and inclusivity in all of my work. I aim to honor and amplify the voices and practices of Black and Indigenous communities, contributing to a broader movement that seeks to redirect the currents of power, privilege, and authority towards a society that values collective thought, action, vision, and healing. I founded Spirit Medicine with a mission: to provide a pathway for embodied liberation through Breath, Movement, and Sacred Plant Medicine. Our offerings include Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Facilitation, Gatherings & Events, Retreats, and Signature Programs, all aimed at helping individuals reconnect with their bodies for healing and self-discovery.
