Responsible for implementing company-wide employee activities and communications to drive engagement globally, including summer picnics, engagement surveys, employee appreciation, holiday parties, etc. and manage an annual $350,000 budget. This role requires excellent project management skills, strong writing and presentation, partnering with global colleagues, effective communication, and a creative flair.

I guide small group, women-only international trips for Cherish tours, a woman-owned travel company that supports women in the tourism industry at their location destinations. I oversee daily itineraries, all communication with travelers during the trip, and serve as guide and concierge during our time at our destinations. This position requires strong, timely communication, attention to details, effective interpersonal skills, and international and cultural awareness.
