As the Head of Post Production at MCM Creative, I oversee a team of offline and online editors, assistant editors, colorists, and sound designers who deliver high-quality content for clients such as HBO Max, Vice, A&E, Nat Geo, Lionsgate, Mount Sinai Hospital, and New York University. I have been in this role for over six years, and I have strengthened the post-production department by solidifying communication and workflows, creating a supportive and collaborative environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.I also have extensive experience in production, having worked on film sets for over 20 years. I often step into the role of director at MCM Creative, where I leverage my education in theatre and my acting background to coach talent on camera. I specialize in making non-actors feel comfortable and confident, and I have a relaxed and friendly personality that helps to ease the stress of production.
