Researched the role of Nitric Oxide in the browning of adipose cells in vitro. Assisted with in vivo mouse experiments investigating the effects of a NO releasing hydrogel when implanted into brown adipose tissue. Developed skills in statistical data analysis, RNA isolation, genotyping, western blot, and RT-PCR.
