In my role, I held the responsibility of enhancing participation, retention, and membership growth by executing targeted outreach initiatives. My core duty involved the safe and efficient coaching of clients during high-energy group fitness workouts, ensuring their physical well-being and progress. Beyond coaching, I actively nurtured community relationships with our valued clientele, orchestrating engaging events and initiatives that fostered a strong sense of belonging. To prioritize the safety and health of all members, I maintained up-to-date fitness certifications, including CPR/AED, reaffirming my commitment to their well-being and the success of our fitness programs.

In this role, I had the rewarding responsibility of coaching and mentoring fellow Coaches and Head Coaches across the region. My duties encompassed a wide range of activities, starting with recruitment and extending to the facilitation of coaches' training programs. I played a key role in placing them within suitable studio environments and continued to provide guidance, fostering their professional growth and honing their coaching skills.Beyond these coaching and development responsibilities, I oversaw a diverse team that included 10+ Head Coaches and 50+ Coaches. My role entailed coordinating and leading coaches' meetings, organizing engaging member events both within and beyond the studio, managing equipment maintenance, handling administrative office tasks, and ensuring member follow-ups were conducted promptly.This dynamic role offered versatility that I particularly relished. I appreciated the daily interaction with diverse individuals and the opportunity to engage in a wide array of tasks, making each day unique and fulfilling.

In this role, I provided comprehensive administrative support that encompassed schedule management, communication assistance, and seamless event and meeting planning. I took charge of scheduling and coordinating both domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in strategically fielding and prioritizing meetings, calls, and events to optimize productivity. My responsibilities also extended to managing, organizing, and updating client information within the Salesforce platform, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. Throughout my tenure, I consistently demonstrated a strong sense of urgency and unwavering attention to detail, allowing me to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with precision.
