Responsible for the planning, logistics, and execution of law firm events to support the mission of Weiner & McCulloch. Assist with core events planning including but not limited to coordination of catering, producing invitations, generating mailing list, coordinating vendors, direct audio visual vendors, secure space reservations, maintain event inventory and manage event experience. Prepare name badges, materials, signage, mailings, registration materials, place cards and gift bags. Prepare and generate internal facility work orders, transportation and parking requests, security requests, and banquet event orders as assigned. Attend law firm events and performs duties on-site utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism. Prepared with event management tracking tools including post event surveys and Senior Administrative briefings. Provide administrative support for the project management system (LWP) and constituent data bases. Contribute to the Communication and External Relations team.

Supervised 7 to 10 flight attendants on both international and domestic flights. Conducted meetings with crew members, airline personnel and ground personnel regarding flight policy, protocols, technical information and procedures pre-flight. Coordinated inventory compliance, service arrangements, security inspections pre-flight, during flight and post flight of all aircraft equipment and common areas consistent with company practices and FAA regulations. Prepared sensitive company post flight reports and documents, entry and exit documents as required by foreign country, military and FAA requirements. Coordinated and verified travel arrangements and logistics for crew members in multiple time zones.

Supervised daily functions of law firm to include interaction with attorneys and staff for all administrative tasks and office management. Review all new lawsuits to include conflicts check, opening, recordation and distribution of same. Directed and responsible for all phases of administrative duties including A/P, A/R, client invoicing, payroll, time-keeping, cash management, financial reporting, budgeting, marketing, end of the month reporting, and Human Resources issues.
