Responsible for the planning, logistics, and execution of law firm events to support the mission of Weiner & McCulloch. Assist with core events planning including but not limited to coordination of catering, producing invitations, generating mailing list, coordinating vendors, direct audio visual vendors, secure space reservations, maintain event inventory.

Supervised 7 to 10 flight attendants on both international and domestic flights. Conducted meetings with crew members, airline personnel and ground personnel regarding flight policy, protocols, technical information and procedures pre-flight. Coordinated inventory compliance, service arrangements, security inspections pre-flight, during flight and post.

Supervised daily functions of law firm to include interaction with attorneys and staff for all administrative tasks and office management. Review all new lawsuits to include conflicts check, opening, recordation and distribution of same. Directed and responsible for all phases of administrative duties including A/P, A/R, client invoicing, payroll.
