Current- Driving product marketing and communications strategies for the Technology and Digital Innovation teams- Shaping campaigns to boost awareness, demand, and adoption of tech products across channels like events and content marketing- Conducting market research to inform product positioning, messaging, and competitive strategies- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product launches and customer engagement- Leading internal communications and UX writing for our product suite- Managing the creation of engaging marketing content, including case studies, videos, and social media assets- Analyzing campaign effectiveness and recommending strategies to enhance product marketing- Acting as the voice of the customer, translating feedback into insights for product development
