I presented 7 collections and launched almost 200 SKUs. I am used to negotiating with Italian suppliers for leathers and accessories. I set up a quality and logistics team in Spain in Ubrique and I manage production in 3 workshops. Thanks to this, I am perfectly bilingual and master a technical language in Spanish and English. - Create a coherent and harmonious collection, responding to both the commercial needs of the brand and it’s cutting edge positioning,- Design the bags, creation of the 3D models and following the prototypes development with the 3 workshops in Spain,- Organize the renewal of the flagship models with a subtle selection of material colors,- Selection and follow-up of the development of materials and accessories with Italian, Chinese, French and Spanish suppliers,- Set up a remote team based in Spain dedicated to production,- Management of a team of 10 people,- Financial follow-up and implementation of P&L and Cash Flow projections.
