Passionate about leadership, transition, and reinvention, I have developed my expertise throughout my professional career and personal life. By the age of 30, I had been living and working in 5 countries (France, UK, US , Japan and Switzerland) across 3 different continents (Europe, North America and Asia). Born in Paris, I am an international professional career, executive and leadership coach, keynote speaker and trainer, but also a board member, professor and podcaster. Working previously as a co-director, manager, team leader, trainer and coach my field of expertise lies in developing talents, performance and excellence. Thanks to these unique experiences working and living abroad for the last 20 years, I know from the inside how impactful transitions are not only for you, your organisation and your teams but also for your family members and loved ones. As a result I decided to create and offer tailored on site and online professional services, strategies and solutions to transform your leadership, talents and transitions into fulfilling, lasting and rewarding opportunities. Living in Switzerland with my husband and daughter, I hold a PhD from Duke University in the United States and an EMCC Certification in Executive Coach from the Institut De Coaching (IDC). In addition, I am a board member of Philea in Switzerland, an active member of the Career Women's Forum (CWF) in Geneva and a professional Coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
