Cela implique de responsabiliser les concepteurs de ces technologies, de repenser les modèles économiques fondés sur la monétisation de notre attention et d’apporter aux usagers une meilleure compréhension de leur fonctionnement, de leur répercussions et de leur évolution.Plusieurs enjeux liés à l’hyperconnexion s'observent en entreprise :- L'accélération du rythme de travail, dans une culture de l'urgence et de l'immédiateté- L'augmentation de la charge de travail et ses répercussions sur la pression et le stress- La perte de concentration et d’efficacité- La recherche d'équilibre entre sa vie professionnelle et sa vie personnelle- La détérioration de la qualité des relations humaines- La difficulté à recourir à son intuition et à sa créativité- La perte de sens au travailL’entreprise doit répondre à ces enjeux sans pour autant renoncer à sa performance économique. C'est en ce sens, que mon action s'inscrit. Mon ambition est de permettre à chacun d'adopter une approche saine du numérique pour concilier performance et équilibre. L’idée n’est pas de se passer des nouvelles technologies mais de mieux les apprivoiser, pour rester maître de ses pensées, de son attention et de son temps.
