Oversaw a team of Deloitte contractors and worked closely with the client to understand various pinpoints and develop a risk-based prioritization of initiatives and mission objectives for director-level leadership.Major Accomplishments:Implemented ITSM best practices based on deficiencies discovered through analysis of various business processes.Led the effort to develop and manage a client-facing SharePoint site which served as a governance repository, development documentation library, audit management tool, and system user recertification tool. The usage of this tool decreased the amount of time needed to manage the recertification of system users by over 55%.Led the team of developers and UX resources to modernize the National Travel Services portal where federal employees would obtain guidance, information, and forms associated with Temporary and Long Term Duty Travel. Involved in requirements documentation with theclient, detailed design, testing, and release of the software updates for FSA. Responsible forbecoming the knowledge expert on the various functional aspects of the software to be able totranslate both technical and non­technical information to various stakeholders on the project.

Worked the the Coporate Governance Team handling the procurement of over 1000 companies' shareholder meetings. As an operations analyst I was involved in coding the meeting agenda's into the Risk Metrics proprietary software, in order for the research team, to conduct risk assestment.
