Antic employs hundreds of people in London making a real difference to local areas. Working with local councils and police and ensuring smooth relationships were in place, adhering and listening to concerns and addressing them when needed. Currently based out of the Dogstar in Brixton - Championing regeneration in Brixton; Previous areas have included Deptford, Tooting, Dalston, Hackney, East Dulwich and Camberwell. Key areas include protocol development, knowledge sharing, linking and best practices. Also designed, helped promote and programmed numerous recurring events like Tootopia in Tooting.

Founder promoted over 3000 local and international bands. Ran and 8-show a week venue that featured acts like the Strokes and British Sea Power before they were world famous. Founded Brighton Fringe festival – now the largest English arts festival – literature program – with Polly Marshall’s do tongues. Innovated and created the 1st Nightclub in the country to promote a literature club that presented authors and acts - Tony Benn MP, Will Self, the first show by Howard Mark Mr. Nice – in a club setting. At the same time Founded Brighton Cinematheque – which was an independent cinema and arthouse. Founded the UK Air Guitar Championships. Writer for The Latest Magazine, Pure Magazine and the Brighton Argus. At the same time Worked for Zap club, was primary promoter and booker for Shark Bar / Cuba / Arches and booked many alternative and festival shows in Brighton. Following residencies at 333 and Home. became the programmer and promoter of the Scala – upon its grand reopening did Saturdays there and booked in acts and live music for 2 year period. In this time, worked with some of the biggest acts in world including Foo Fighters and Fatboy Slim. Was an incredibly difficult but rewarding project to work - to promote Kings Cross – as it was only beginning to feel the benefits of regeneration and development.
