CurrentAs Art Director of the Branding and Production Department, I oversee and shape the visual identity across a wide spectrum of media, including magazines, product packaging, corporate websites, and digital productions. My role combines strategic leadership with creative execution to ensure compelling and impactful visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Visual Strategy & Direction: Responsible for the overall design direction, managing a team of designers, freelancers, photographers, and illustrators to produce high-quality creative work that aligns with business objectives.Digital Presence: Oversee the design, functionality, and content of Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food’s leading and satellite websites (e.g., goldenagri.com.sg and smart-tbk.com) to ensure they support corporate goals and enhance the company’s mission.Content Development: Led the creation of e-newsletters, electronic appeals, and event invitations, leveraging external platforms like MailChimp, SharePoint, and social media to tell the Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food story in a shareable, engaging way.Creative Conceptualization: Apply creativity and strategic thinking to conceptualize and execute visual campaigns, bringing big ideas to life through innovative design solutions.Web Initiatives & Collaboration: Drive new web-based initiatives in partnership with internal teams, including GCC, IT, and program colleagues, ensuring all activities align with strategic goals.Performance Monitoring: Ensure all web and digital activities meet strategic objectives, optimizing performance to support overall business growth.Through this role, I combine creativity with strategic thinking to tell stories that resonate, enhance user experiences, and drive meaningful engagement.
