Senior Project Analyst
CurrentSome experience I have gained within this role: I am responsible for the delivery of change, small & medium projects primarily for clients but also internally. The projects range from minor VDN changes to the setup of new outbound campaigns. This is a client facing position where daily communication with internal people, clients and 3rd party external clients is a fundamental part of the role.• Assess the change request submitted by the client to ensure it is practical and cost effective.• Highlight risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies raised by the change request.• Analysis of the change and production of the impact Analysis. • Manage change/small projects through to implementation. • Delivery of multiple cross functional and cross client changes / small projects.• Support the Project Managers to deliver large complex projects. • Experienced Project Analyst– proven track record in managing multi strand project teams. Such as, BMW, O2 and British Gas.• Liaise with clients on a daily basis via different communication methods. • Manage client expectations in relation to costs, issues and timescales.• Promote the benefits of adhering to the change process to clients and internal business areas.• Successfully managing over 30+ projects through to implementation within a one month period. • Influence workloads to ensure delivery of the change within service level agreements and to the required quality.• Build relationships with clients and internal support areas to ensure successful implementations.• Provide weekly status reports to the client to give an overview of all current changes.• Produce month end reports via MS Excel to the client to outline all costs. • Facilitate and chair client change delivery meetings, both face to face and conference calls.
