-Help establish goals for children in grades K-3 who may have behavior or emotional problems which may hinder the children’s progress in school through an extensive screening process.-Work with children once a week to help them achieve their goal(s) through play therapy. -Help children identify concerns, and eliminate stumbling blocks to learning, and provide a positive school experience for the child.-Communicate with teachers and parents on a regular basis to make sure goals are being met.

-Traveled home to home to educate high need parents and screen their children on a bi-weekly and monthly basis. -Traveled preschool to preschool in the district and screen children ages 3-5.-Filled reports on each child that is seen and turn the results into my supervisor in a timely manner.-Attended individual education plan meetings and prepare a curriculum for children who may be delayed.-Attended workshops sponsored by Moving on Together and Division of Family Services, to better myself as a Parent Educator.

-Achieved daily store goals when it came to sales, and opening up Gap credit cards.-Assembled displays, prepared inventory, met wants of customers when they were looking for items that were not in the store.- Shipped items using the UPS data entry system that was in the store. -Created a friendly environment in the store, and had a high repeat of customers.

-Head of all office staff, which included six employees.-Handled all daily orders, and made sure that they were sent to each department correctly.-Figured day to day stats for all supervisors.-Communicated with multiple corporate offices, supervisors and office managers to make sure that our procedures were operating correctly.-Hired staff members.-Worked one on one with supervisors to make sure that the division was running smoothly and accurately.
