Paths for Families is a nonprofit adoption and family well-being organization that builds and supports healthy lifelong connections for every child and advocates for continuous improvement of the systems that strengthen families.

Responsible for overseeing Information Technology, Human Resources, Marketing, and Office/Facilities Management. The Operations Director selects and implements technological and human solutions to create efficiencies for all internal processes and programs. Serves on the Leadership Team and is leading or co-leading the agency's strategic planning, rebranding, licensing and compliance efforts.

Manages the agency’s information technology infrastructure, supervises the IT team, and ensures operations, security, and compliance protocols are aligned with the agency’s mission and needs. Primary tasks include strategic planning, identifying and recommending technology improvements, creating and maintaining IT vendor relationships, and proactively mitigating risks that could disrupt the agency and its systems. Oversees the agency’s marketing and communications team and manages the creative development of website content, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials. Efforts include increasing brand awareness and unifying internal and external communications with the agency’s strategic goals and branding.

Transitioned from a consultant-managed network to an in-house managed network allowing for cost-savings and increased response time.• Provided hardware set-up and maintenance, troubleshooting via remote support software, and network administration.• Built a team to handle day-to-day IT tasks: help desk support, hardware repairs, troubleshooting, as well as training and implementing new solutions.

Developed course on creating a cybersecurity plan which is offered several times per year as part of the NTEN Cybersecurity Course Bundle.
