I currently manage all the day to day aspects of the office. I assist all of the agents. Complete, Alternative Investment documents, life and annuity policy applications, follow through with each company. I handle company financials. Client services, client appreciation events and seminars, phones, and file.

I help students in every capacity possible. I work with VA, Tuition Assistance (through the Air Force), Financial Aid, and Cash students. I can take payments, help students register for courses, update the schedule and assist the associate director.

Helped students through the financial aid process. Also helped non-financial aid students. Helped to answer any financial question student had. Works on financial reports, processed paperwork, and worked out any financial issues.
