I am responsible for accounts under three separate Account Executives, each of which specialize in different markets and have different needs and products. Running these accounts includes daily communication with clients via phone and email, overseeing production, conducting quality control checks, and collaborating as a team across several different departments. My duties also include monitoring client inventory and postage balances, creating invoices, tracking our billing schedule, and troubleshooting client invoicing issues or questions.

I conducted all showings, negotiated contracts, as well as organized, planned and executed all events. This process involved constant correspondence with the clients, vendors, and meticulous attention to detail. I managed each event from start to finish ensuring we exceeded the expectations of our clients throughout the entire process. My duties also included standard office tasks such as payroll, staffing, inventory and ordering, P&L reports, documenting revenue, and payment tracking. I helped acclimate the new venue owners (in 2017) and prepared them for the upcoming season by training other event coordinators and general staff members. I created and implemented a simplified planning process that allowed events to be easily rotated and managed by more than one coordinator as needed.

I stimulated the growth of sales and accelerated new student registrations by restructuring restrictive policies and rejuvenating customer service practices. Music lessons are the core source of income for the store and in 2009 student admissions were at an all-time low. The monthly lessons revenue when I was hired was averaging $2,400 (April 2009), our goal was a monthly minimum of $5,000. By 2011 we were regularly hitting $7,200 monthly and I facilitated the move to a larger storefront space allowing for the continuing growth of lessons. By January 2016 we had 250 students and were hitting $12,000 monthly. As the sole manager, I was responsible for a variety of roles and duties from inventory and payroll to sales and customer service. I communicated weekly with parents of over 200 students and maintained excellent relationships with all customers and students.
