Responsible for billing, staffing and operations of the business office.

Managed all billing for skilled nursing facility, assisted living, apartments and cottages as well as managed resident trust fund and all financial audits. Processed payroll and accounts payable. Focused on bad debt reduction.

Managed the billing process for Medicare, medicaid, insurance and private patients. Responsible for reduction of bad debt and DSO. Assisted in satellite office as needed.
