I have over 26 years of experience in home care, having worked in various roles within the home health field. My background includes extensive expertise in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Compliance. In 2011, I collaborated with AP Home Health's owner to obtain licensure successfully. By 2013, I successfully launched Care Hope Home Health Agency, Inc., building it from the ground up. In just 11 months, we became licensed and accredited by the CHAPS Accrediting Body. Our first survey was completed with zero deficiencies, and our final survey required only two actions—way to go, team! I’ve gained experience across all areas of the home health industry. My recent endeavors with Exceptional Home Care of FL LLC as Director of Operations has broadened my management skills with both Medicare, Managed Care, and Private Duty.
