Byron Health Center is a very special place to be a team member. Our residents come first, we are in their home, and we treat them as such! We have an open door policy and welcome the residents in our office whenever they would like to visit. I have never worked at a place before that cares so much about the residents and team members. I am very proud to be a leader at Byron Health Center. Byron has adapted a culture and team credos that put our residents and their needs above all else. We have a ten foot rule which means if you are within ten feet of a resident or employee you take the time to approach them and find out how you can make their day better. It does not matter if you are a housekeeper or in Leadership the expectation set by our administrator is the same and this makes Byron a very rewarding place to work. It is such an honor to me that they have entrusted the finance department to me and I strive everyday living by our culture and team credos. Residents safety is first at all times.
