With over 15 years of experience in project management, I have a passion for delivering innovative and impactful IT solutions that enhance the efficiency, safety, and sustainability for my company and its customers. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Scrum Master, and Agile Product Owner, with expertise in software development, power management, and digital transformation.As a Senior Project Manager at BC Ferries, I was responsible for managing multiple multimillion dollar IT projects, including Class A capital projects with up to 40 people reporting to me at once. Some of the projects I have successfully led or contributed to include the replacement of scheduling and time keeping systems with a complex built-to-specification software platform, the implementation of a new Dangerous Goods Information system, and the Call Centre Efficiency project. I use Agile Hybrid and Traditional/Predictive methodologies, and various technologies to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder expectations. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior management to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables with the organization's strategic vision and goals. My teams have delivered value from the specification and request for proposal phase, through development, integration, testing, training, documentation, rollout, change management and support.
