Serve as primary contact between American Century and Transfer Agency vendors in order to develop, maintain, and enhance vendor relationships . Responsible for support of operational issue resolution and development of new or enhanced Transfer Agency system products and services. Also serve as the co-lead Business Continuity Coordinator for the department which consists of the highest concentration of business critical functions. The Business Continuity Coordinator is responsible for administration of relocation site testing throughout and when inclement weather situations arise throughout the year. The Learning Resource Center Specialist is a multi-faceted role not limited to aspects of coaching, problem-solving, development of policies and processes as well as training and communication. The LRC is available to all front-line representatives as a resource to assist the daily work of the department for a Best in Class Mutual Fund Company.Other roles involved in the position include, but are not limited to:* Web-based manual authoring (Reddot, Ektron)* Excel-based calculator maintenance* Creative thinking* Conflict management

Processing requests for Business Retirement plans such as 403(b), 401(k), 457, Business IRAs, etc.

This role requires interpretation and processing of mutual fund customer requests.
