Directs the maintenance of all file systems. Maintains timely and effective communications with the General Manager, including Front Office and Revenue Departments regarding group rooms business. Researches local competition. Provides product quality feedback to the General Manager and the VP of Sales. Maintains a positive image for the hotel in the marketplace, and participates in community affairs. Solicits and services major accounts. Performs all other related duties/projects/reports as assigned by the General Manager/VP of Sales. Responsible for EOM Pace reports and sales portion of EOM Report. Exercises the hotel's policies and procedures in accordance with the above responsibilities.Responsible for maintaining optimal exposure in city and state wide publications/websites to direct traffic to our brand.
