Worked on sustainable finance and ESG work at this Yale University multi-disciplinary think tank between Yale Law School, Yale School of the Environment, and the Yale School of Management. Chosen as lead student coordinator for the Yale Initiative on Sustainable Finance and the 2021 Fall Sustainable Finance Symposium and lead student on the Sustainability Imperative book authored by Dan Esty and David Lublin.

Fall 2021 - Student intern with the Sierra Club. Working on research surrounding toxic emissions after natural disasters in the Gulf South region of the United States. This research includes a white paper on the fenceline communities of the gulf south and the environmental justice issues which arise from NaTech events. The research also includes a petition discussing loopholes and exemptions under the Clean Air Act for industrial facilities.Spring 2022 - Student intern with the Natural Resources Defense Council working on Bristol Bay Watershed Efforts for protection against the Pebble Mine.

The chairman of the board is the acting President of the moot court competition. They act as the link between the administration and the student committees. They appoint the vice-chairs, assigns students to the various committees, and hold meetings to ensure each committee is on schedule with their appointed responsibilities. The Chairman also ensures the competition itself runs smoothly. NELMCC is the centerpiece of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law Environmental Law Program, nationally recogized for its premier environmental law nationally by US News and World Report. Instituted in 1989, The Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition is the largest interschool moot court competition of any kind under one roof, regularly attracting 200 competitors from law schools from all over the nation. Highly competitive with tremendous educational value, NELMCC has established a national standard of excellence in moot court competitions.

Attended United Nations hearings and committee meetings for the Second Committee of the UN, dealing with economic and environmental matters. Wrote memoranda on hearings to relay concise information back to the Costa Rican ministers. Represented the Costa Rican delegation in voting matters and relayed country positions in meetings and conferences.

Conducted legal research and created memoranda on complex legal topics for the social services division. Contributed to various parts of the discovery process for cases in the Southern District of New York.

Taught group classes for professors at the university when students began using programs or working on a specific project. Advised and guided students and alumni on improving their work and digital techniques. Able to troubleshoot and solve computer issues.

Researched land use at the Institute through soil experiments in cow pastures, including creating GIS mapping of data and property.

Researched the existence, causes, and solutions to food deserts in Washington, D.C. to assist city government efforts to combat hunger in low income areas. Compiled and analyzed data using statistical analysis regarding food availability, health, and socioeconomics of the wards of D.C.

Conducted one-on-one work for constituent cases focusing specifically on aid and accommodations for the elderly. This work included quality of life enrichments such as wheelchair ramps and additional insulation. Connected constituents with their senator; connected with his high approval rating and re-election. Created a media archive that focused in on the Senator’s presence and involvement in the local community. Utilized this database as a tool to gauge the towns that the Senator needed to give greater attention to in the district.
