A member of the Digital Marketing department that has overall program management responsibility for one or more of the development teams in the unit. Works closely with our brands, other departments, and company leadership to structure and lead the teams to deliver the best online experience for pet owners. Drives program scope definitions, product plannings, risk management, and program management in alignment with the company's strategy. Works with external implementation partners to ensure systems are built according to documented specifications and requirements. Manages the Digital Marketing development team by providing leadership and guidance to monitor, coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.

Acts as agile coach to two teams and facilitates planning and project creation with internal and external partners/business units for both the eCommerce and Software development teams. Work with each business unit to gather, define, and document requirements for all development tasks and projects. Create and manage task and project implementation timelines using an agile project management methodology. Aids team in developing team roadmap to maximize eCommerce BSC metrics and sales. Ensures the development teams for the eCommerce team and the software team is provided with all requirements and resources to complete tasks on time, and manage change through transparency and discussion. Manage the conversion of a new servicing system for two different portfolios over a two year period which included system readiness across the company and the actual data conversion of over $24 Billion in assets onto the servicing system. Managed 21 separate focus groups to complete project plans, testing plans and policies and procedures related to the system conversion using agile methodologies of scrum, kanban and sprint planning depending on the team makeup and processes. Worked with multiple development teams to fill any gaps of the new system to ensure inefficiencies in the business process were kept at a minimum. On different occasions, I also acted as the Product Owner of the Rapid Response development team.

Managed the processors of loan servicing tasks and implemented scrum and kanban team structure to create a continued expected daily work amount and allowed the team to create daily goals to improve morale and rewards for hard work. Also managed the research and conversion teams at Edfinancial Services that included improved business processes to increase efficiency and data integrity. During my time managing the Conversion Team, I also managed a loan portfolio conversion from another servicer of $79 Million in assets to the servicing system within three months that included project planning and testing for the conversion as well as coordination throughout the business to handle the additional volume of borrowers.

Managed eight employees and implemented the role of Business Analysts within the software development division using agile methodologies. Our goal was to create business process efficiencies and be a part of the idea that we can create well designed software that is both valuable and will actually be used by the business by including them in the process. We believed that you could create requirements at the right time and with the right amount of information that would lead to less waste and better products in the software development cycle. I also acted as Product Owner for the Business Intelligence development team.

Managed the configuration of the servicing system and also managed the relationship with our system provider. During this time period, I also managed the relationship with our guarantor as well as acted as the Product Owner of the Data Services development team.

Managed sixteen employees to perform the daily servicing tasks for both the guarantor and state lender as well as managed the data integrity of data coming in and out of both systems. Responsible for the servicing systems software releases and testing of those releases to the system.

Processed financial aid for students as well as aided students with paperwork related to their financial aid. Helped school update their website related to financial aid to try and educate and help the process flow with the office.
