CurrentThe purpose of this position is to connect the members of Lutheran Church of the Ascension to God and to one another through the ministry of administration and communication. State Street Property• Oversee the scheduling of worship assistants• Prepare scheduled correspondence (congregation mailings, monthly council packets, annual reports) and assist with other special projects• Other duties as assigned.

Works with the communications Committee, and may be assisted by the Development Director, in the design, creation and distribution of publications i.e. brochures, newsletters, press releases and any other image-related production. Responsible for maintaining the on-site look, feel, and image presence of the College by assisting with the creation of a first-impression environment that is professional and welcoming to external/internal constituents. Develop and manage social media outlets for CED program awareness, alumni relations, and career services. Liaison for UGA Office of Public Affairs press releases, CED-wide events, and the UGA Social Media Advisory Committee. Work with the Dean and Development Director in the creation and solicitation of the Annual CED giving campaign each Fall to all alumni, donors, students & friends of the College.
