I assisted nursing programs with the transition from a two-dimensional traditional curriculum to a three-dimensional concept curriculum. Assistance also included training on concept-based curriculum, resource utilization, strategic deployment, student communication, faculty training and development, and student training and development. I enjoyed collaborating with key influencers to develop innovative strategy using emerging technology that increased student engagement and improved test scores. I also collaborated and recruited faculty experts to assist other programs in being successful with the strategy including creating Train-the-Trainer presentation. I developed new faculty resource guides and student resource guides to support faculty and students in effectively using resources to improve engagement, time-management and deeper understanding of the content.Trained more than 400 faculty and more than 5,000 students on new emerging health care education technology. Adroitly moved within the vertical and horizontal structure of nursing and allied health care education programs that resulted in improved communications and collaboration among programs.

Sold $748,000 of products and services with multiple product lines to 60% of client base. Was ranked first in sales for converting cold calls into clients and increased revenue in non-producing territories.

Sold and maintained more than $900,000 of advertising products annually and exceeded revenue goals by 10% in 1998 and 1999. Managed more than 200 accounts. Honored to be selected for prototype redesign team resulting in reduced credit adjustments by 2%, increased active accounts by 10% and improved overall customer service rating.
