As a Product Coordinator, I service as the link between business needs and technical execution, ensuring the successful delivery of enhancements to CCLI's customer facing products including SongSelect and CCLI Profile. In addition, I serve as project manager for the efforts involving my products.Key Responsibilities:• Interact with senior management to clarify and document product road maps.• Interview and survey customers to understand product requirements.• Run agile meetings such as Stand Ups, Retrospectives, Demos, and Reviews.• Help determine new product developments and enhancements.• Educate customer service team on new features introduced to product in advance of feature launch and provide documentation for future reference.• Recommend and help to implement process improvements to achieve product quality and productivity.• Schedule team meetings to discuss product issues and ideas.• Perform product inspections to find and rectify any defects.• Create and maintain product documentation.• Develop and maintain positive communication and working relationships across work groups globally, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Service Centers.
