I specialize in creating all types of videos/content for organizations and various platforms. One area that is near and dear to my heart are philanthropic groups. I have created meaningful content for Special Olympics, poverty stricken areas in Central America, Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundations, and many more. I love helping people and organizations tell their stories and get the word out about the wonderful work that they do!

Design and develop creative and innovative multimedia-based training programs for Cruise Lines.Using a collaborative and inclusive approach, I work with both shipboard and shoreside teams to create modern, fun, engaging and (most importantly) memorable content to be consumed by onboard teams.

Collaborated with our Sales and Marketing Teams to launch the “CRUISENEXT” Program (selling future cruises directly to guests from our ships). Served as the conduit between shipboard and shoreside teams. Responsibilities included but not limited to: training and developing team members, conducting interviews, hiring, working with Marketing Teams to develop branding for the program, creating videos and content to advertise the program via digital signage onboard our ships, working with shipboard HR to get new positions created, cabins allocated, and office space, introduced the first ever virtual shipboard training process -reduced travel costs to ships by over 75%.

Responsible for leading process improvement "events" or "Kaizen Events" throughout Norwegian Cruise Line's entire operation (both ship and shore). Using the techniques and principles from lean/six sigma, I gather teams together to focus on optimizing perfomance, streamlining processes, and increasing customer satisfaction (both internal and external). The result has led to sufficient cost savings in addition to team member engagement.

-Responsible for training Outbound Phone Sales New Hire Classes in the areas of: sales, marketing, product knowledge, and systems-Created customized, enabling presentations to not only train the agents on the product, but aid as a selling tool while on the phone with a potential guest-Created various "outside the box" type trainings - included but not limited to: "real life role playing," game shows, skits, and video productions

-Responsible for selling our product directly to consumers-Worked with Norwegian's CRM system to manage and nurture relationships with my database of over 5000 leads

-Singlehandedly organized all events and programs for our shipboard crew including but not limited to:-Fundraisers-Monthly Crew Recognition Program (compiled presentations and spoke in front of 1000+ crew each month at Captain's Meetings)-Shore Excursions-Parties-Cultural Shows-Crew Service Award Program-Crew "Mart"-Outreach projects with the local ports of call-Sports Tournaments-Provided a link between Senior Management and crew, communicating crew issues on a daily basis.
