Over the past year, I’ve been spending most of my time on the Baltic coast, where I actively share my knowledge and continue to fall more in love with the charming resort town of Palanga, along with its people and community. What I love most is that after extensive days spent on my projects and research, I can lace up my running shoes and head out for a hike to listen to the symphony of the sea and wind.Speaking of work, I’m deeply involved in researching the impact of Web3 on the events, education, and creative and cultural industries (CCI) sectors. I work on various projects and contribute through mentoring and training for schools, higher education institutions, vocational education and training (VET), youth organizations, and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to ensure a smooth transition into the Web3 landscape.Additionally, I'm a professional meetings designer and events producer, having organized over 500 conferences, meetings, incentives, and events globally since entering the Meetings Industry. I strongly believe that progress is achieved by caring about the 5 P’s: people, planet, peace, prosperity, and partnership. These principles guide my approach to creating 'wow' experiences, which are essential for crafting outstanding events.
