Responsible for the marketing and account management of 297 multi-dwelling units (MDUs) as well as quota attainment and data and video sales growth. Accountable for relationship management with MDU property staffs including communication, POP, training, strategy, promotions, issue resolution, and penetration. Developed, implemented, and managed marketing programs including, on-site events; direct mail; social media; and grassroots and multi-cultural marketing. Worked cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, National Marketing, and Customer Service.
