Senior Business Revenue Specialist
CurrentAs a Senior Business Revenue Specialist I currently:-Implement business protocols and procedures to guarantee the highest level of compliance regarding federal housing requirements. -Function as a Subsidy Administrator for our HUD/HAP voucher transmissions, USDA Rural Development, and Special Claims team. -Provide training/support to Contract Administrators, Compliance, Property Managers, Area Directors and Regional Vice Presidents, employees and the public-Keeping LIHTC, HUD, RD, HOME and other Housing Authority payments/certifications up to date and precisely updated. Including but not limited to: Gross Rent Changes, Contract Renewals and Amendments, Repayment Agreements, EIV Penalty Adjustments, AR/IR/IC/TM creation, correction, approval and finalization, Special Claims including but not limited to: Regular Vacancy and Damages-Lead/Manage A/R Technicians and insure that monthly/quarterly rent and subsidies are posted and paid.-Investigate/report any outstanding and aged receivables to MHI department heads, regional personnel, and accounting staff to explicate budget variances.-Evolve protocols/procedures to create and update our Business Intelligence models/widgets to properly provide in depth financial reporting to RVP's and CO's.-Conduct property wide delinquency/prepaid financial reporting for the following stakeholders: MHI Board, CFO, CEO, President, Regional Vice Presidents.-Manage/Resolve Service Desk Tickets within RealPage Help Desk for The Business Revenue Department regarding specialized systems such as; Yardi, OneSite, UKG.
