- Forecasting on a monthly basis for changes in the business environment.- Financial analysis including head count analysis, employee utilization and budget realization analysis.- Strategic analysis of employee schedules to maximize revenue within an audit department. - Monitoring and supervision of individual audit engagement budgets.- Formulating and implementing policies within the audit department.- Work in progress and accounts receivable monitoring for audit department and calculation of the monthly accounts receivable reserve.- Monitoring and coordination of continuing education training within the audit department.
