I took over the procurement activity to ensure the supply chain was driven closely by production needs, thereby avoiding supply shortages; and also joined the executive committee of the company. In parallel, to overcome the challenge of integrating the exoskeleton into routine clinical practice –with robotics in rehabilitation still in its early stages and representing a significant change for healthcare centers– I initiated the creation of a team composed almost entirely of therapists to maximize engagement and usage, and help adopt our new technology.• Integrated procurement with production to streamline the entire process from supplier order to production.• Strengthened and reorganized the customer support team around two main activities: → Technical: Focused on delivering, installing, and maintaining exoskeletons in the field. → Usage: Handled product demonstrations in pre-sales and post-sales activation in our clients, including training, continuous support, and clinical follow-up, transforming users into promoters.• Managed the three resulting teams, amounting to a total of 15 people.

I took on the responsibility of overseeing delivery operations: production, upgrade, and maintenance; in addition to customer-related activities. I unified both production and customer support teams and refocused the team's priorities on customer needs, with a unified goal of delivering high-quality exoskeletons on time and maximizing customer satisfaction.• Switched from batch production to a stabilized cadence, resulting in a 50% increase in production outputs year over year with the same team.• Managed a team of 6 members, ensuring the life of the product from production to delivery, user training, and use with patients.• Created a design transfer role within the team to facilitate the transfer of new versions from R&D to production and from R&D to the field.• Established a post-training customer follow-up program to share best practices, clinical cases, and exercise suggestions, ensuring users maximized the product's potential and effectively used it with their patients.

With the CE-marking of our rehab exoskeleton obtained, I embarked on building and leading a dedicated technical customer support team to effectively serve our customers.• Built a technical team of 2 members responsible for all aspects of field maintenance, including diagnostics, repair operations, and upgrades.• Handled client relations with early customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction.• Developed a process for efficiently executing major hardware upgrades through a hybrid approach (in-shop and on-site operations) and delivering them rapidly on the field to collect user feedback, enabling quick iteration on our product.• Established a system for high-quality, highly responsive field interventions, ensuring repairs were completed within 48 hours of a client call.• Conducted ISO 13485 audits on complaints and customer-related activities.

I joined the company as the first technical field specialist and point of contact with our clients. My initial mission was to manage and build a close relationship with our very first client and later support additional partners as they came on board.• Assembled an exoskeleton prototype and delivered it to our very first client.• Created and conducted training for our first users (therapists).• Diagnosed issues and performed repairs on exoskeletons, providing users with the latest updates (both hardware and software) as they were developed.• Gathered and analyzed user feedback to continuously improve the product, acting as a link between our customers/users and the R&D team.• Participated in the certification process of our rehab exoskeleton. Created the customer service process and procedures into the Quality Management System.
