I am an Indiana University graduate and graduate student pursuing my MSEd in Counseling with a focus on mental health. I have been working in the field of mental and behavioral health for 3 years and have earned MATS (medication assisted treatment specialist) and ACIT II (addictions counselor in training II) certificates through ICAADA. I have a strong work history in community mental health with both unhoused teenagers and the severely mentally ill, as well as with men and women in early recovery from substance abuse. I am now working at ProtoCall Services as a crisis and access specialist, where I provide immediate support to callers in need. Currently I carry skills in communication and EHR navigation, time management and client management, case management and organization, I specialize in community outreach and engagement, and I am proficient with Microsoft and Google systems.
