Responsible for the day to day management of both Milwaukee Paws Pet Care, a dog walking company, and Canine Einstein, a dog training facility. Completing daily upkeep and setup of the facility, scheduling for both companies through multiple softwares, hiring and onboarding of new dog walking staff, training employees, performance documentation, prospective client outreach, customer support, maintaining client relations, administrative duties, and maintaining communication and leadership through multiple layers of staff.

Serving as a student training assistant for the campus foster dog program through a partnership between Carroll University and HAWS Waukesha. Aiding the instructors in shelter dog evaluations, selection, and matching them with students. Guiding students and their foster dogs through transitions and introductions, training exercises, class time, and daily behavior troubleshooting for the duration of the semester.

Advocated for the addition of LIMA-based standards for all employees and departments, implemented the use of positive reinforcement and marker-based training. Some responsibilities include evaluating the suitability of new daycare clients, scheduling and coordinating clients for multiple trainers and classes, rewriting course curriculums, marketing, and assisting as a daycare handler and grooming assistant as needed.

Volunteer assistant dog trainer for agility classes ranging from basic to advanced. Some responsibilities include giving advice to clients, helping in confidence building exercises, setting up/deconstructing obstacle courses, and running leashes. Gained experience in dog sports and agility instruction.

Responsible for the basic care and management of all boarding and hospitalized pets, including dogs and cats with behavioral and medical complications. Accountable for all cleaning and miscellaneous upkeep of the entire clinic. Assisted in grooming, reception, surgical recovery, ultrasound, and veterinary appointments.

Served the rescue by aiding volunteers, foster homes, and anyone else who walked through the door. Assisted during the intake of new dogs through transportation, grooming, microchipping, and vaccinations.
