Manage the real estate process from site selection (including the analysis of Buxton Forecasting Reports as one tool) through letter of intent, obtaining executive approvals and driving all lease negotiations as a partner to Legal. Completed or supervised completion of over 400 lease and purchase transactions – including retail, medical office, office building spaces and shopping centers.Successfully negotiated favorable terms for hundreds of retail store and shopping center leases – thrive with all types of client personalities and all types and sizes of landlord and development groups.Analyze trade areas and recommend specific sites or areas to retail clients through detailed analysis – including the impact of city zoning, parking requirements and REA issues for selected sites.Forecast, review, audit and approve all company expenses.Lead employee training, mentoring, performance reviews, well-being and recruiting.Work closely with the Director of Marketing to create and implement marketing initiatives.Create, constantly improve and ensure accurate and efficient process implementation; analyze and brief company President.

Assisted Loan Asset Managers through evaluation, analysis and resolution. Asset portfolio consisted of all product types, ranging in size from $2 MM to over $30 MM. Portfolio averaged fifteen (15) to thirty-five (35) assets. Portfolio consisted of properties throughout the country. Assisted and improved day-to-day communication with third party vendors, including developers, legal counsel, property management firms and others.Assisted in writing asset status reports and full case writing for loan committee executives.

Built and maintained relationships with key corporate clients, sourced and established new relationships for future business and provided value-add insight to specific client needs.Led and assisted in negotiations of thousands of square feet of commercial office space nationally; clients included many national and multi-national companies – LSG Sky Chefs, Wells Fargo Bank, Interstate Batteries, MCI WorldCom, Chase Bank, Dun and Bradstreet, Precision Response Corporation and many others.Represented The Amend Group at industry conference events and business development functions nationally.
