Provided administration support for multimillion dollar oil, gas and mineral lease acquisition projects on 50,000 net mineral acres. Responsibilities included: directly assisting the Owner and President of the company (ie. Travel plans, charities, reservations, etc.), recording documents with county clerk, fund requests, maintenance of records, file organization. Created and updated spreadsheets with lessor information, gross/net mineral acreage, and mineral ownership interest. Conducted mineral owner research, prepared lease purchase reports and created plats. Assisted both in-house and field Landmen. Obtained PLM Certificate while on the job.
