Audrey Chen joined JunHe in 1993.Audrey has extensive experience in industries such as energy and natural resources, manufacturing, retails, pharmaceuticals, education, media, agriculture, technology, etc. She has advised clients to adopt creative structures, and negotiated complicated legal documents in connection with such projects. She has worked with domestic and international clients from different industries in their merger acquisitions in China and abroad, and provided strategic planning and advice for cartel investigations, leniency applications and related litigation.
