Managing Partner Duties• Run the day-to-day business operations, ensuring that business performance stays healthy.• Business development of new accounts through presentations to existing and prospective clients. Assisting Account Executives and Account Managers to secure projects.• Think of the strategic direction of the business and motivating other team members to work towards the goal cohesively.• Closely monitor projects to ensure delivery quality and on-time, on-budget completion.Account Director Duties• Lead Account Management team to achieve sales targets, providing them mentorship.• Manage projects of key accounts to ensure the satisfaction of clients.• Work with designers and writers to keep them abreast of developments of project and driven so as to meet the set project objectives effectively.• Take creative briefs from clients and reinterpreting them to inspire creative team to come out with optimal creative solutions.• Work with suppliers such as programmers, videographers and printers to ensure quality delivery of projects.Managing Editor Duties• Originate creative copy to synergise with the visuals developed by the designers.• Contribute to possible creative concepts based on brief provided by the client.• Research, conduct interviews and write articles for the two periodical publications I am in charge of – one is a community magazine and the other is a tech society magazine.• Edit and write other marketing collateral and/or business report as required such as annual reports (Chairman’s message, Operations Review), newsletters, marketing brochures, etc.• Mentor and guide junior writers in brainstorming and writing process.

• Conduct assessment and grading of students for their Design Management module and final year projects.• Provide industry insights to help with the curriculum design of the various modules.• Contribute opinions at a strategic level, influencing the growth of the school.

Successfully launched a loyalty card programme for Timezone and the onboarding of the various outlets to the programme.
