Lead business operation and strategy for department: manages department-wide project management tooling system in Smartsheet, manages process documentation for all 5 internal teams, leads weekly management meetings, and leads monthly department meetings with directors and vice president. Lead the intake management of all projects: assess scope of work, internal team assignments, and client communications for 300 projects per quarter on average. Manage data and analytics of quarterly and fiscal year reports for all 5 teams to measure performance and scope of projects and production across the department.

Led the creative review process with key stakeholders across Corporate, DPEP, DMED, and Studios including Marvel, Lucasfilm, 20th Century and Walt Disney Animation. Managed production of the app and website, marketing strategy, and media relations for D23 Expo, The Walt Disney Company’s largest fan event.

Pioneered communication strategies and solutions for Starlink, SpaceX’s satellite internet start-up. Worked with a small project team to create brand guidelines and UX/UI integration for Starlink’s communication platforms including the website, emails, and support chat.

Facilitated the executive social media strategy: proactively looked for executive social media opportunities in coordination with Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. Maintained executive communications planning for the President of WDI during a time of crisis, requiring careful attention to audience and engagement strategies.

Assisted event managers in the execution of large-scale press events for marketing and promotional campaigns at the Disneyland Resort. Lead the creation of critical event documents such as event itineraries, budgets, culinary tracking grids and entertainment requests.
