• Virtually hire, lead, motivate and retain a highly-effective team of full-time Success Program Managers and Coaches. • Serve as a positive leader and culture builder of the team, embodying organizational values, helping team members focus on outcomes and quality.• Oversee a team of managers and coaches who directly support more 1,200 students. • Conduct rigorous performance evaluations and share ongoing feedback to promote team members’ progress toward goals and professional development.• Support staff retention and satisfaction through team and organizational leadership initiatives and through regular communication and collaboration with direct supervisor. • Facilitate cross team collaboration to plan the training and onboarding of new Success Team staff. • Manage the collection of data to analyze and address program effectiveness, challenges, improve performance, and drive future programming. • Encourage and help with the development and replication of successful programmatic interventions to ensure all students persist in college. • Take lead on the development of annual goals and ensure all recruitment, engagement, and program quality goals are met.• Track and drive student engagement and progress towards organizational benchmarks. • Continuously meet and exceed all programmatic and organizational goals by more than 25%. • Assist managers and coaches in maintaining over 95% student engagement and student satisfaction with program. • Perform administrative and logistical support using platforms such as Salesforce, Mainstay, Constant Contact, Form Assembly, JazzHR, and G Suite. • Foster relationships with college administrators, university partners, and general stakeholders. • Represent the organization in the College Success sector by staying up to date on best practices and collaborations, and by attending relevant conferences and other external meetings.
