• • General overall management of the office ensuring maintenance of filing system and smooth running of the business.• Assigning work details and rosters to 35+ employees• Typing quotations• Dealing with all telephone queries, providing a high standard of customer service to clients/customers over the telephone.• Basic accounting duties including wages administration, month end invoicing, credit control, banking and petty cash.• Order processing, dealing with daily post, couriers etc.• Marketing support – preparation of Company Profile.• Any other ad hoc administration duties.
