• Preparing work schedules for 15+ engineers, plumbers and electricians.
• Typing quotations for the sales and maintenance departments.
• Sourcing and buying parts both nationally and internationally from countries such as Germany, Japan, Italy and France.
• Maintaining filing systems.
• Processing sales orders.

• Communicating with clients over the telephone, in person and via email. These clients where from different area throughout the world such as France, Italy and South Africa.
• Organising flights and accommodation when needed to seminars in countries such as France, South Africa, the United Kingdom and America.
• Typing minutes of meetings, board papers, letters etc.
• Implementation and maintenance of office filing system.
• Dictaphone typing
• Any other ad hoc administration duties.

• General overall management of the office ensuring maintenance of filing system and smooth running of the business.
• Assigning work details and rosters to 35+ employees
• Typing quotations
• Dealing with all telephone queries, providing a high standard of customer service to clients/customers over the telephone.
• Basic accounting duties including wages administration, month end invoicing, credit control, banking and petty cash.
• Order processing, dealing with daily post, couriers etc.
