I started off my career in the finance industry and worked for the best part of two decades for the Financial Services Authority in the UK as an Operations Manager. I was responsible for managing a very large team of advisers taking inquiries from the industry on matters of regulation. As part of my role I carried out ongoing developmental coaching and training of my team to ensure that their knowledge and practices were kept up to date.Throughout my employment I have continued to sustain and enrich my professional development throughout my career. To develop myself further I studied and qualified as a professional coach with More To Life, the not-for-profit organisation which supports Reality Based Learning in individuals and groups in the general public.Today, what most delights me is the fulfillment of others through coaching and their own developmental progression. I believe that getting the relationship right with yourself can only enhance all of the relationships you have with others in your life. In addition to working as an Associate for Interaction and Conscious Change, I have my own consultancy, committed to the development and enhancement of others so that they can achieve their true potential.My career as a consultant, trainer and coach has gone from strength to strength. I have coached people at every level and in many aspects of their daily life – from their physical well-being to their behavioural and psychological welfare, and in areas as diverse as finance, authorship, and departmental reorganization.I am as familiar with the implementation of new standards and structures as I am with the introduction of different staff in industries undergoing the stresses of major change. I have won recognized industry accreditation for my work in the process.
