As an AutoCAD drafter there, I consulted and collaborated with the department’s Civil Design Team to design bike and parking amenities on campus. In addition to my priority tasks, I created a municipal manual of details for the department’s amenities, including the provision of design specifications. One of my last projects while working there, I also developed plan to reduce bike/pedestrian collisions on campus through the use of warning signs, asphalt/pavement striping, and presented the proposed plan to Department Director and Department Director of Operations.
