Coach team members to surpass monthly enrollment and recruitment goals. Mentor each team member to enhance their sales strategies and communication skills. Liaison between enrollment team and other departments within the organization

Assist international applicants through the admissions and F-1 visa process. Manage all international student information in the SEVIS database. Support international students with their academic, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs

Create a manual outlining student life job responsibilities and procedures. Counsel each female student weekly through academic and personal difficulties. Host events throughout the year to encourage deeper community on campus
